back to the farm.

On Saturday, we went back to Johnson's Farm for more apples. Aunt Jenn, Uncle Eric and Brayden joined us. We didn't know it at the time, but it was the last day of apple picking... holla to us. So, I got enough to make another apple pie.


Cambelle was a pro this time, getting right into the tree and pulling hard. She did a great job picking all the apples for the pie.

They were not in the mood to get their pictures taken... Cambelle was more interested in the tractor, which she calls a bus, and Chloe wanted to eat the hay/grass. After the farm we ate at PJ Whelihans in Medford Lakes and then drove to Medford for their annual Apple Festival. By this time, we were exhausted and ready to go home. It was a great family day... if only the weather felt like fall... I would be a happier girl.
