Over the weekend we went to Brielle, NJ with our good friends, the Reifs. It was nice to get away and spend quality time with them. Brielle is near the beach, but we stayed away from the activities, except for one night of dropping Jeff, Cambelle, Chris and Ben off at the boardwalk so the kids could get their ride fix. We had an awful time finding parking, so we just dropped them off and Liz and I sat in the car parked about zillion blocks away. Chloe slept the entire hour so it was good mellow time...
The guys were generous enough and watched the kids while Liz and I went outlet shopping... it was a good 5 1/2 hour trip, but the guys were up for the challenge and they did an excellent job. Thanks guys for a much needed girl time.
I'm no where near as great with the camera as Chris is, so he was on camera duty.... so, I don't have pictures yet, but here's one from
